Friday Aug 28th – evening – This has been a busy day! We finished our day with the rescheduled dinner cruise on Jackson Lake. We met at the Colter Bay Marina and boarded one of two sightseeing boats.
Our boat would cruise over to Elk Island in the middle of Jackson Lake, where we would disembark for dinner.
The theme was rustic cowboy…….
With a buffet dinner that included a salad bar, grilled trout, steak and potatoes and corn on the cob, with apple cobbler for dessert.
We ate outdoors with the Teton mountains as the backdrop. The beauty was totally surreal…..
